You need to tell us about your organisation so that you can make various declarations on its behalf.

At the end of the process, a Connection Agreement must be signed. This is a legally binding agreement with NHS England and confirms that the responses and declarations made throughout this onboarding process are accurate and complete. The signatory must be an officer of the organisation with appropriate authority to make this assertion and accept the Terms of the agreement.

In the context of the NHS Developer hub website and digital onboarding, references to the developer mean the software development organisation. We may also refer to you as the developer if you are the responsible person acting on behalf of the developer.

The Organisation Data Service (ODS) is responsible for publishing organisation and practitioner codes, along with related national policies and standards. We're also responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the organisation and person nodes of the Spine Directory Service, the central data repository used within various NHS systems and services.
